THE JOURNAL OF MIGRATION AND REFUGEE ISSUES
The Journal of Migration and Refugee Issues is a refereed journal focusing on legal and policy issues underpinning the movement of people across national borders.
The journal commenced in 2005 and is now accepting submissions for (2009) vol 5 no 3.
It accepts articles on a wide range of issues, including:
International migration patterns; Changing migration trends and the rights of non-citizens; Refugees and internally displaced people; Government and civil responses to refugee flows; Determination and assessment of refugee status; Comparative migration and refugee law; The history of migration and refugee law; and Citizenship and statelessness. SUBMISSIONS The Journal of Migration and Refugee Issues is a peer-reviewed journal. All articles are reviewed within one month of receipt.
The editor is John Vrachnas, who was a member of the Refugee Review Tribunal (Aus) and is now a migration and refugee lawyer.
