HIGH COURT QUARTERLY REVIEW

The High Court Quarterly Review is a refereed law journal dedicated to analysis of the decisions, history and issues involving high courts across the world. Each edition, the Review publishes commentary, theoretical analysis or case/book reviews written by academics, practitioners, postgraduate students or members of the judiciary. The journal commenced in 2005 and is now accpeting submissions for (2009) vol 5 no 3.

The Review consists of separate sections in which articles will be occasionally published on:

Decisions of high courts; The history of high courts and their justices; Empirical studies of high court decisions, interpretation and reasoning; Theoretical perspectives of high courts; Cases to be heard by a high court; Comparative analysis of high courts. SUBMISSIONS The High Court Quarterly Review is a peer-reviewed law journal. All submissions are reviewed within one month of receipt.

 

The editor is Professor Mirko Bagaric.

 

TO ORDER Price $AUS 300 per year (plus 10% tax for Australian subscribers).

Three editions per year.
